Get rewarded for playing? Yes! New World Carnival Card is a membership program that gives you rewards fo playing at New World Carnival in Singapore. Rewards vary according to membership tiers and range from free game tokens, bonus e-tickets, exclusive benefits and so much more.

You can join New World Carnival by topping up your membership card.
There are four membership tiers.
Ruby: A warm Welcome to Fun! Purchase a Ruby card in any of our stores by loading a minimum of S$10.
Black: Be part of the dark side. A accumulative spending of $300 will upgrade you to the Black Tier.
Gold: Go for Gold! A accumulative spending of $1,200 will upgrade you to the Gold Tier.
Diamond: Truly a class of its own. A accumulative spending of $7,000 will upgrade you to the ultra-exclusive Diamond Tier.

You will be notified at shop of your upgraded membership tier, benefits, member exclusive offers, and promotions. Upon upgrade please visit our cashier to collect your new card

Yes. Your New World Carnival card, game credit and e-tickets will expire if the card is inactive for 12 months from date of last game played.

Once you qualify for Gold or Diamond tier, you will be at that tier for a full year from the date you qualified. You will then have one year from that date to accumulate $1,200 or $7,000 to extend your membership for another year.
If you do not accumulate the $1,200 or $7,000 in one year, your membership will be downgraded one tier respectively. 

You will receive a one-time mystery gift at the shop within the member’s birthday month.

Please complete our Lost card contact form to request for a card replacement. A $10 fee will be charged for card replacement.
